Description: my roommate has decided she wants to join the coast guard and is going to be leaving soon (around august) and we are looking for someone to rent her room!
it's a third floor apartment (top floor) in metrowest area on kirkman rd. you would have your own bathroom. The rest of the house is furnished with my stuff. (dining room table and living room set.) The apartment was recently updated with new appliances. There is a washer and dryer. There is a pool, tennis court, and fitness center at the complex. It is also gated.
Rent with utilities is roughly $500-$550 a month depending on how you run the AC and water usage of course. Please let me know if you are interested or know anyone who is! Email me on here. Thanks.

ok so i am electronically challenged. if you need pics just look up CityWest Apartments in Orlando FL 32811. They have photos there on the apartments. They really are nice!
