Description: First, I am willing to pay any fees the complex will charge for the sublease to take place. I believe its a $50 fee for the new resident, I will cover that. The lease runs from August thru December

The apartment is located in a great spot, right next to the club house, the balcony overlooks the pool. Basketball court and volleyball pit right next to the building. Utilities are included; you also get high speed internet, and HBO channels. It is a gated community with 24hr security. With a shuttle going to and from campus. Its also within walking distance, so after football games if your hammered you can just walk bake (that’s what I did ;)

As for the actual room, it’s the room located the furthest, from the living room, and closest to the air conditioner (so it’s quiet and cool). The two roommates that have renewed are brothers and are very quiet; they are in the rooms located next to the living room. The other room will be filled by a new resident. You get the bed, desk, dresser, and night stand. Most importantly, you get your own private bathroom.

The reason I am subleasing is because I only have to be on campus once a week in the fall. I could save money by just moving back home and commuting. Let me know if you are interested or have any other questions.
