Description: I am looking to get a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo located at the corner of Granville Ave. & Broadway St. that has just been built. All I need is a room mate for the condo. You will get your own bedroom and bathroom and it is a brand new condo. It has a spacious living room with hardwood floors, granite top counters in the kitchen, stainless steel appliances, laundry & dryer in unit, balcony, central air, and each bedroom is carpeted with a marble bathroom along with it. The rent is $1400 total plus electricity. Split between us is $700 plus electricity. All other utilities included. Looking for a male who is preferably a college student, but it is not a necessity because I REALLY need a roommate ASAP. Someone who is not a big partier and is a clean person and repectful of others. Must be able to pay rent on time because we both will sign a one year lease. If you only want it for a couple months that would be fine, we could sign the lease and then a friend of mine will be looking to move in later on so we could transfer your name to his. It would be a plus if you are a loyola student. I am going to be a junior at loyola. Let me know asap before they run out of rooms, trust me its a great deal, especially for this area. I know people paying $800 a month and are living in very old and small studios. E-mail me asap.
