It is NOT subleasing, you will actually take over the lease. It's completely furnished, locks on your bedroom door, washer and dryer in unit, free internet/cable, tanning, pool, fitness center, basketball court indoors. Rent is 460 a month (because it's furnished), and we split electric and water. Also, ***must be okay with having a cat around! and cleanliness is an absolute MUST*** PLEASE MESSAGE ME ASAP IF YOU'RE INTERESTED!!! |
