Description: Let's break it down.

THE HOUSE

We have 1 BEDROOM for rent in a 4 Bedroom/2 Bathroom HOUSE. Must find housemate by the end of the month. Located in the Glassell Park/Eagle Rock area just off of the 2 and a mile and a half away from the 5. Great location with everything you need nearby! Lovely neighborhood with STREET PARKING and a one-car port, to be used by anybody in the house. Three housemates living within already, and have furnished the house splendidly (including surround sound entertainment system, Bowflex, living room furniture, etc.). Beautiful kitchen with all appliances, as well as a WASHER/DRYER in the house. The house has a FIREPLACE, carpeting, a BALCONY, a back DECK with benches, and a small backyard. Landlords live next door for convenience. Rent is $750 a month to be paid within the first few days of the month. Utilities are shared between the members of the house, and come up to about $50 - 70 a month for water, gas, electricity, internet, and cable.

THE ROOM

Dimensions are 10' x 13.5' - CARPETED with SPACIOUS CLOSET and CEILING FAN. TWIN-SIZED BED with sheets/pillows and COMPUTER DESK available for use, or can be removed from the room upon request. Upper floor bedroom with windows overlooking our back deck and backyard. UPSTAIRS BATHROOM shared with one other housemate. Serene green walls (the color that geniuses pick!) and beige carpeting.

THE HOUSEMATES

Fun-loving, well-humored, cultured folk. One business analyst with a love for goofiness, good food, wine, and juggling. One self-employed filmmaker who's well-read and makes good references. One Renaissance Man who works for Disney by day, and does music by night, who watches his Cosby Show DVDs religiously. We are considerately clean, tidy, and have good hygiene. Chore lists are up on the refrigerator and we all cook. The kitchen is used frequently, especially for dinners enjoyed by the whole house. Two members are fit and athletic, while the other is on his way to getting fit and being godly. The house has a Perfect Push-Up, a Perfect Pull-Up, a Bowflex, a Yoga ball, and free weights. Jogging is frequent practice to the housemates, and two members take part in a weekly jogging group at Griffith Park (which is nearby). We are lovers of movies and have an incredible movie collection of about 800 flicks. One member gives dance lessons, music lessons, paints, and cuts everybody's hair. We are genuine folk, with kind hearts. A funny, food-loving girlfriend to one of the members is also a frequent visitor.

THE NEW HOUSEMATE (YOU)

Also a fun-loving, well-humored, responsible person who will fit into the house dynamic with all of us. Somebody into the arts, film, music, food, and culture is preferred. A female preferred to bring a womanly balance to the home, as well as act as a partner-in-crime to the girlfriends and female best friends who visit the house, but obviously males are welcomed and encouraged. Loving karaoke is a plus - we have a personal Magic Sing karaoke system in the house. Must be clean and courteous. Must be financially reliable. Must get at least 20% of the cultural references we make. Please e-mail/reply with any questions you may have. Only serious inquiries please. Will be available to show the house/room. If you'd like to set that up, call 732.266.6726 and ask for Austin (when leaving a message, please state all pertinent information).

Looking forward to hearing from you.

We only like the good crazy... not the bad crazy. =P

- Upon moving in, there is a security deposit of $750 to be paid (which can be paid over time), as well as rent for the first month as well as last month.
