Description: I live in a 3/1 house in downtown Orlando. Including myself, there are two female tenants who live here already. Our third tenant will be moving out and the extra room will be available early July, and needs to be filled by the 15th. The house is kept clean. We are easygoing people. We don't have drugs in or around the house nor do we house parties. The bedrooms are all rather large. The kitchen and bathroom are shared. Our things are spread through out the house. We have photos from both people hanging up, and we share most everything in the house through a trust system. Anna has a unique sense of decor; it's very fun and bright. The house is cute, it used to be a recording studio so the setup is interesting; for example, the dryer and washer are in separate closets The house is in an excellent location, just off of orange ave. I4 is 5 minutes or less, 408 5-10 minutes. We are looking for someone who is neat, laid back, doesn't want to have parties, keeps some what quiet, and is between the ages of 20-35. The house has a mural out front; it’s quite artsy. We both keep busy going to school and working. Anna teaches voice but only one student comes to the house. I work two jobs and during school I'm barely here. Feel free to email me and I will give you more details about Anna and I, or the house. We also have a cat, and I recently got a golden-retriever puppy. We are animal friendly; however, if you have another large animal we would have to ask the landlord.
We keep it neat. We are not clean freaks but we don't leave dishes in the sink or garbage around. We're okay with notes for reminders, or letting each other know if you left a mess. The room that will be open has a side door, private entrance. There is always plenty of parking. The neighbors have a lot of cats who hang out around the whole neighborhood. anyways any other questions for me feel free to email.

i am very intrested in thisall i need is the info for it what it all includes and such and so on , i am a student at IADT for graphic and web design and i am just looking for some where to move out to i am very neat and i keep to my own but i am also fun i work full time at joes crab shack as a cook so i can benfit to the kitchen.. as i said let me know all the deatails i would be able to move in the soonest the 22nd of july thanks robert
