Hey you should swing by our place and check it out. It's located at 3422 N Oakland Ave and the rent is $335 per month including everything and a free spot in the garage. The sublease starts August 1st and goes through June 30th of next summer. We're all 2nd and 3rd year students who are financially stable and love to cook great meals. I want to move out of my current apartment located on Bradford and Farwell (2320 E. Bradford Ave)...it's $315 a month with heat included. With internet and electric it's usually 340 a month...water is every three months and not very expensive...you would have three other roommates but it's a very spacious apartment on the third floor and it would be available august 1st...you would take over my room which has a really big closet (that was a big plus for me!) please let me know if you are interested!!!
