Description: I am looking for a roommate for a spacious 2 bdrm 2 bathroom, completely furnished condo. It is located in the Wells Street Towers in Printers Row. If you don't have your own car and need to be near public transportation, you are near every L line and bus! The location is great, very close to UIC, downtown's financial district and many other universities!

A little bit about the condo:

The condo is a corner unit located on the 16th floor of the building. It is fully furnished, in unit washer and dryer, gas fire place, granite counter tops, stainless steel JennAir appliances, an outdoor grill on the balcony, and ALL the utilities are included (that also includes cable and T1 Internet!)


The building comes with a doorman and many amenities on the 4th floor such as a fitness center, reading room, wrap around patio & business center.

The room is already furnished with a bed, desk and a pretty large and well-shelved closet. You also get your own bathroom that is pretty moderately sized.

I am 24 years old and moving to Chicago. I am going to be going to Rush University for a graduate program but definitely will still make the time to keep up a healthy life style with lots of outdoor activities and fun! I am a respectful individual and am looking for the same in a roommate.

The space is available August 1st.

hi...i was wondering if you had found a roommate/signed a lease. I am actually looking for a roommate for an apartment I found in the South Loop and it sounds like we're both operating in around the same price range and didn't know if maybe you wanted to check the building out online if you're not already commited to this one. It's SKY 55 apartments. let me know!
