did you need a place to stay or someone to move in with you. I have a place from august until june that i need subleased.

I am currently looking for a sublease for my 2 bedroom apartment in downtown milwaukee. I have a roommate rachel who is super fun and really easy to get along with. I would love to stay but I am moving somewhere else. Our lease goes through December with the option to renew it until that coming june. I live in the Majestic lofts on 2nd and wisconsin. It is connected to boarders bookstore and the chase building. I have a corner unit on the 13th floor with views facing east/south. From out my window you can see all the buildings downtown, the lake and the art museum. The apartment is completely remodeled and gorgeous. VERY CLEAN with a dish washer, garbage disposal, AND A WASHER/DRYER in the bathroom! It's a huge bathroom. The Washer and Dryer are also brand new so it's really nice! So rent is $902 which comes to $451 a person. This includes the washer/dryer A/C, Heat, Water, Gas. The electric bill is generally $22 dollars a person per month. I want to move out of my current apartment located on Bradford and Farwell (2320 E. Bradford Ave)...it's $315 a month with heat included. With internet and electric it's usually 340 a month...water is every three months and not very expensive...you would have three other roommates but it's a very spacious apartment on the third floor and it would be available august 1st...you would take over my room which has a really big closet (that was a big plus for me!) please let me know if you are interested!!!
