Description: I am looking to get a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo located at the corner of Granville Ave. and Broadway St. that has just been built. All I need is a room mate for the condo. You will get your own bedroom and bathroom and it is a brand new condo. It has a spacious living room with hardwood floors, granite top counters, stainless steel appliances, laundry & dryer in unit, balcony, central air, and each bedroom is carpeted with a marble bathroom along with it. The rent is $1400 total plus electricity. Split between us is $700 plus electricity. All other utilities included. Looking for a male college student who is not a big partier and is a clean person who is repectful of others. Must be able to pay rent on time because we both will sign a one year lease. Preferably a loyola student. I am going to be a junior at loyola. Let me know asap before they run out of rooms, trust me its a great deal.
