Description: Two of my roommates are/have moved out this summer. The new lease starts in August, and I'd like to find 2 other people to share the place with for the school year.
It's a 3 bedroom upper with a balcony, attic, and laundry. Right across the street from Johnston/Merrill/Holton Halls and about a half block from Klotsche. Big driveway, so you needn't worry about street parking. Housemates downstairs and neighbors are all good people.
The house has just been repainted and had the bathroom redone this month as well.
The available rooms are pretty good sized with closet space.
Rent is $1200/month, and the landlord is very good about taking care us right. I've been here for 2 years and have never had a compliant about her.
This is a perfect place to live, especially for those who hate long walks to class in the winter!!
