Description: My roommate and I ( age 20 & 21; both female) seeking a third roommate for our 3 bedroom apartment in the Highlands at Alexander Pointe, which is located at the intersection of Mallard Creek Church Road and North Tryon. 5 minute drive from UNCC. Less than 10 minutes from Concord Mills. Right off Exit 46 of I-85.Rent is $323 per month & you would be responsible for 1/3 of the utilities, which usually run around $60-80 (per person.) We need someone to move in as soon as possible! The lease is for now until June 2,2010 but your stay is negotiable if you need it for less time. Gated apartment complex with pool, BBQ grills & 24 hr fitness facility. There are laundry facilities also but we have a washer and dryer so you won't need them. The apartment is fully furnished, except for your bedroom. You would share a bathroom with one female. We also prefer someone who is a student as well. Our second floor apartment overlooks the pool and has a balcony. The apartment is non-smoking. No dogs or cats. Other small animals may be considered. Move-in is immediate and the rent for July can be negotiated (dependent upon your move-in date.)
