There is one double room left to rent in a new fully alarmed three bedroom house. One current housemate is sadly leaving us and moving to Ireland with work.

The views from the bedroom are stunning, with nothing but countryside to look out onto. The only noise day or night is the birds. It’s really peaceful location.

THE LOCATION is to the east of the city with the M62/A1/M1 (5 mins away).
Leeds City centre (A64 – 15 mins by car).
York (A64 – 25 mins by car).
Public transport into Leeds city centre and the universities is excellent with two bus services operating every 10 minutes from 06: 00 till late (bus lane all the way in – 30 mins). The bus stop is 50 yards from the front door.
Taxi rides into the city are £8 day or night.
