Description: Hey guys,
I'm subletting my shared bedroom at Strathmore Regency in a newly remodeled and fully furnished apartment from july 31st-sept 21, dates are negotiable. The apartment has mostly birch-colored furniture from ikea. The rent is $700 a month, without utilities. Utilities usually range around 35-40 a month depending on the usage of gas, electricity, and water. The pictures below were taken in the beginning of June when we were just beginning to move in. Now the apartment has much more lamps, dishes and silverware, a dining table, flat screen tv, and more. It takes only 15 minutes to walk to campus. Apartment itself has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a spacious living room, and a balcony. The kitchen has granite countertops and the cabinets are made of birch-colored oak. Every room has been freshly painted walls and the bathrooms are very clean. . There is wireless internet and cable available. The apartment building has a gym, a pool, and a really nice lounge area. The bedroom that you will be subletting has its own access to the balcony. You will share a very spacious bedroom that fits two beds, two desks, and two bookcases, with a walk-in closet and a sliding closet with my roommate who is very friendly and courteous. She's really awesome and gets along with everyone. You will get a bed, bookcase, desk, and closet for personal use. In the other bedroom, there is one guy and one girl. They are very friendly and down-to-earth also.
