Condition:
There are a few scuffs on the cover caused by a pink snap on case, but there aren't any scratches. The keys, internal shell, and screen are all in GREAT condition. I haven't had any software problems either.

-- Everything Else packet including a cleaning cloth, and Macbook Mac OS X Install Discs (also known as startup disc)
