Hi, it's an end lot in a great park. It's a .23 acre of a lot - very private. go to my website (www.connectwithkaren.com)and you will see more photos. it's 1400 sq.ft. 4 beds with a great deck overlooking the yard. Not sure how old the roof is but the mobile is 1992. Pad rent is $350.00
