Description: Location: Ukrainian Village, right off of Rockwell and Chicago Ave. within walking distance West Town, Wicker Park, and Humboldt Park. Its a brown brick first floor flat, 1200 sq ft, closed in front porch, 2 bedrooms 1 bathroom. One big dining room/art studio workplace, and a lovely living room, that almost reminds you of a summer-home. Sadly my building does not have internet, but getting a g card works, and if push comes to shove we can always see if we can get an internet installed. Also sadly heating is not included, but this place is breathtaking. I am Looking for a roommate, who is pretty chill, smoker friendly, doesn't have to go to SAIC, but preferably in school.
A little bit about me, my name is Katie Bateman, I go to SAIC (school of the Art Institute of Chicago), I am currently in my last year and I study performance art and video. When it comes to living I am pretty chill, and I'm not a clean freak but I am organized. I enjoy watching movies and making yummy breakfast.
If this is something that would an interest to you, let me know cause I need a roommate asap by august 2009

hey are you able to have pets? I have a puppy. Do you smoke inside? also, how far is this from N Talman Ave in Humboldt park?

Katie Bateman commented at 04:39 PM on July 8, 2009 Smoking is cool with the land lady but she's pretty strict with pets, it's not too far from N Talman Ave and Humboldt Park, its off of chicago and rockwell, I usually take the california bus to get to this place. I totally wish that pets could be allowed here!
