July 8-August 22 (move out date flexible)
Room: Single, 11x11, fully furnished, bed, desk, dresser
Apartment: Fully furnished, all inclusive-couch, tv, utensils, etc.
Complex: Where do I begin? 24 Hour Doorman, private underground parking, tennis courts, squash, fitness center, movie theatre, pool, cabanas with flat screen tv's, clubhouse, bbqs, and the list goes on :)
This is a great deal. Single room to yourself-something you can't find at this price, in fact more than just the room, since my roommates will be leaving for vacation shortly after me, you will have the entire apartment to yourself the majority of the time you are here.
Perfect for students looking for a quiet calm place to spend summer session, visiting scientists, post-docs, grad students, guests.
