-New townhome in Dec. 2007 w/ 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, & 2 car (oversized w/ storage) garage in Centennial off Arapahoe Rd.
-Bedroom for rent has bath outside room that would be shared with 1 other roommate & extra alcove area outside room.
-Amenities: 44" HDTV, corian counters, W/D, small balcony, gas grill, den
-Near lots of shopping, new 24 hour fitness, Cherry Creek state park
-Cost: Rent- $450-500/month ($50 extra for garage parking) + bills (electric/gas, water, & internet).
Requirements: Proof of employment/income. $200 security and damage deposit due immediately. The security deposit is fully refundable upon move out inspection, provided there is no damage to rented or common space. (I will consider special circumstances that do not meet the above guidelines.)
I do own a cat.
