Description: I am a 3rd year male subletting my single for the fall from a 3 bedroom/2.5 bath condo. It includes a spacious living/dining/kitchen and a single room downstairs and 2 master bedrooms/2 full bath upstairs. Everything is already furnished. There will be 4 other guys all are really social and welcoming people. One of them is a great chef who cooks for us regularly. This sublet will be available for Summer session II and/or Fall quarter 2009 only because I will be studying abroad for the quarter.

The place will be available starting august (August 1) until Jan 1. The rent is $500 but it's also negotiable. If you move in later or move out early I won't make you pay for the part of the month you are not living there. My roommates are very chill, respectful, and very flexible with everything.

About my room: It's very well lit and will come furnished with a twin size ikea bed, desk and dresser. There is also plenty of storage rooms around the house. Everything is in great condition.

This condo is located at the La Jolla Village Tennis Club off of La Jolla Village and Lebon. There is a bus stop right outside the house and take any of the 6 buses that go there and you can get on campus. Buses come regularly so it is very convenient. Roommates will also have cars so transportation is not a problem.

hello, is this room still available? is it possible if you post pictures of the room and the whole apt? im interested in subletting for the months of sept to dec.
