Description: August 1st I am looking for a new roommate for my BEAUTIFUL house in williamsburg. It is a lovely apartment with a stoop. The bottom floor has a large living room and kitchen. Upstairs are two bedrooms and a bathroom. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity...how often does a HOUSE come along in NYC?!?!?
The bedroom I'm renting has two large windows with views of the blue sky and green trees. It will come furnished with a bed and dresser. The apartment is accessible from the L, G and JMZ trains. Safe neighborhood with bars and restaurants very close by.
The rent is $1250. I'm looking for security deposit and 1 months rent ($2,500) by August 1st.
