What year are the girls living there? How much do you think utilities will run?

we are all going to be sophomores. our realtor said that utilities would be around 150 or so per month. so about 25ish per person but it could be a little more he said. the house is awesome and about 2 blocks from the umc! one of our roomates just decided not to come back until the spring so we need someone for the fall. what year are you? thanks!
