Description: Looking for one more roommate, FEMALES ONLY, please, (sorry guys, it's because I'm the only girl) for a 1 year lease with the move-in date on 7/20/09 at Costa Verde Village. You will be living with guys – 3, to be exact – and me.

The floor plan we have is called “Lakeview,” and it has 2bedrooms + library/2bathrooms. You would be taking the library, which is 10'x16' – basically the same size as the single room – and sharing a bathroom with me. The library does NOT have a door, BUT!!! it's nothing a big, sturdy IKEA curtain can't fix~!! :) Rent will be $435 a month (what a steal for a single!!!), and utilities should be no more than $50 a month. There is an application fee of $34; a security deposit of $700 (refundable) which would be split 5 ways. Basically, you'd be paying no more than $500 a month, including utilities, for your OWN room :D

Just SOME of the many amenities included:
- Full-size in unit washer & dryer
- Microwave/oven/dishwasher/refrigerator
- Central heating & air conditioning
- State-of-the-art fitness center w/aerobics room
- Health spa & pools
- Large screen movie theater

The first Arriba shuttle stop is a short ~8 minute walk, and there is the MTS bus stop (which is closer) just across the street.

A little bit about your potential roommates: we're all respectful of personal space (and respectful in general), laid back, clean, chill, studious, sociable, and pretty easy going. One graduated from UCSD this year (yay), another goes to SDSU, and the other guy roommate and I are going to be seniors at UCSD. School is important to us, but we know how to balance our studies and the occasional party.
