Description: I have a room available for rent in 3 bedroom/2 bath (+ office/den) townhouse near old town Scottsdale (McDonald and Hayden). It is a large room (13 x 12) with lots of closet space. The complex is very quiet and has two large pool (see picture). You will be living with three people in their mid twenties to early thirties and our 12 lb Boston Terrier named Bradley. My girlfriend and I have the master suite and you will be sharing a bathroom with your own sink and cabinets with a male stockbroker who is out of the house by 6:30 am. We are all low-key during the week with an occasional happy hour.
