Beautifully renovated kitchen, spacious bedrooms, circular driveway, nice neighbors, washer and dryer, 5 minute walk from campus. The room that is left is the smallest and cheapest, unfurnished and without a closet but has its own private entrance

Hey Sarah, I'm an Australian Performing arts student, coming to Miami on exchange at UM for the Fall semester. If you have trouble finding a third housemate, or decide to use the Den as a fourth bedroom, I'd be an excellent candidate. I'm clean, friendly, pay my rent and pretty fun as well I think. =D David
