Hey Brenda, Whats included in the place? Im looking for something Sept. to December And my main concerns are: laundry facilities and how many people are in the unit! Thanks, Angeline

Unfortunately, there is no laundry facility within the house, however there is a coin laundry that is less than 3 minutes away at the corner of King and University. Hope this helps. Cheers, Brenda
