Description: My boyfriend and I will be renting an apartment in Bedstuy on July 15. We are looking for one roommate to share with us. It is two small rooms to rent to one person. One can be a bedroom and the other can be a huge walk in closet. Utilities are included. Cable is extra. The apartment is cute. It has a small bathroom and a small kitchen. It also has a decent sized living area. Our bedroom is on the opposite side of the apartment from where your bedroom would be. The apartment is on Quincy between Patchen and Malcolm X Blvd. Just a few blocks from the J Gates stop. About 20 minutes into Manhattan. We are looking for a respectful person that we would get along with. You will have your privacy. Email me for pics of your space. If you are interested, we can meet and then if we are a match, we can go check out the apartment together. The owners are a young couple who are super nice. We have roof access!
