| Description: | 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment in Cleveland Heights only a 10min walk to Coventry or Cedar/Fairmount shopping district. Really close to CWRU and not too far from CSU. We pay Gas, Electric and Cable/Internet and water is paid for by the landlord. We have 2 fish as pets but are flexible about cats and dogs, however the landlord will require a 200.00 pet deposit if you are bringing one with you or plan to get one in the near future. The one bedroom is very nice, big enough for one person to live very comfortably in and is already cable TV ready. Parking would need to be worked out, as of now there is not a spot available, however I am speaking with the neighbors about possibly using one of their unused spaces. Otherwise you can park at Coventry or Cedar/Lee and we'll split the cost of a monthly permit with you, or you can park in the driveway and in the mornings move your car to the street.
