Description: I have a 2bd/1bath apartment, am looking for a roommate willing to pay $300 plus utilities, and $150 security deposit. Rent includes water and washer/dryer in unit, as well as kitchen and living room area. It is pet friendly, just with an added security deposit (I don't have one so I didn't pay, but I love animals). I am 22 years old and I work 5 days a week from Noon until around Midnight. Live about a mile away from the New Kroger that just opened up. Pictures show boxes, but they have been removed from the room since I took the phots.
