I don’t smoke, have pets or throw late night parties.

I would like to live in a apt/house with the following:
- Quite neighborhood
- Respectful Roommates
- Common areas like living room and kitchen made accessible
- Washer and Dryer in apt/house
- Furnished (although unfurnished is not a deal breaker)

hi my name is katherine and i am looking for someone to rent out one of the bedrooms in my condo. its on baymeadows and 9a... i am a student at unf majoing in education i do not smoke, do drugs, or drink the place is furnished and there is a bed in the room ...although there is no dresser washer and dryer are in the condo already quite neighborhood i always say i live in a retirement community lol please let me know if you are interested! you sound like you would make a great roommmate!
