Description: I'm a second year Animation student at the Art Institute of Colorado. I am a fairly neat person and slightly obsessed with good organization. I like sweeping the floors and wiping down countertops, but I'd rather not touch other people's dirty dishes... so please take care of your own dishes (and within a day or so). I'm not a party-goer but do tend to stay up late working (or playing around) on my computer and also prefer to get up late. I listen to a wide variety of music from alternative to classical to country to rap to rock... anything goes. I'm very easygoing and happy most of the time. I'm typically calm in tough or stressful situations though being an art student, I can get excited over little things but I won't be bouncing off the walls. I think it'd be neat to see the house filled with our artwork and creativity. I'm more of a tom-boy but I would certainly not mind rooming with a fashion or interior design student because of that. I am straight but not narrow and consider myself an openminded person. I am also Agnostic and Apolitical. If you'd like to know anything more about me, feel free to ask!

2136 South Lincoln Street, 1,600 ft², Built in 1924, New furnace and sewer system, Three bedrooms,Two bathrooms, Hardwood floors on main level, Washer/Dryer, Wired for Comcast/Dish Network, Fireplace, Detached garage (storage), Fenced backyard, Covered porch and patio.
No smokers please and only small pets allowed. Since you will be having your own bedroom, it is up to you how you treat your room. However you will have a shared bathroom and I ask that you help with basic daily chores. A discount is also offered off your rent if you would like to take on tasks such as mowing or watering the lawn.
I'm no chef, so unless we arrange to cook something for all of us, you're on your own for food. There is plenty of storage on the lower level and in the garage.
As for transportation, it is 4.3 miles from the school and a short walk to the Evans lightrail station or the #0 bus line. 15 minute drive by car, 25 minutes by bus. It is also a few blocks away from the University of Denver and this invitation may extend to those interested students.
