Description: My friend Amy and I have a HUGE apartment reserved at Tranquility Pointe with a lease starting anytime between now and Sept 1. The place is 1,710 sq. feet! It's a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. The apartment has a heated pool and sauna, 24-hour workout facility, full-size washer and dryer, keyed access entry, vaulted ceilings, and lots of other perks. You can google pictures of it. The place is new and sweet with huge closets. We put money down a few months ago in order to lock in the sale price they were having, so this monthly rate is $100 cheaper than the regular price. It's only a 5 minute drive to UNO.
