Description: We have a bedroom available for rent. Nice quiet neighborhood near 8th and Wedgewood. Two ppl already live here, myself and my room mate Toby. We are looking for another person to sign our new lease with us. We are clean, pretty quiet, drug-free and considerate. Looking for the same. Male or female doesnt matter.
About the house:
Two story, 3 Br/2.5B. Fenced in backyard. Shared kitchen, shower and living room. New renter would get their own sitting area because the bedroom is pretty small. Landlord is an Art teacher so the house has a lot of character. Sturdy foundation. One driveway parking and two street parking.

New renter can bring one pet (as long as it doesnt eat my cat). There is also a 300 damage deposit which you will get back at the end of the lease.
