Price listed above includes room only. Water, Electricity, Cable and Wireless internet is separate. In total, cost of living would be between $600-$700. (Cost depends on how high electricity bill is, all other bills are same) For example, this month was $635.
Pets allowed, no fee. However, there is already a dog, cat, and birds living here. So NO NEW DOGS ALLOWED.
Great location! Bordering Boca Raton. Tons of shopping, eating, groceries, etc.
MOVE IN: Date depends on you, however must be able and ready to pay for August 1st rent $535 and a security deposit of $535.
