On 2nd floor, patio, walk-in closets, 2 pools, 1 hot tub, 2 laundry facilities, tennis/basketball court, covered parking (not assigned), gated.The staff is awesome and the maintenance guys are super nice and actually fix things!! Hi! i'd be glad to give you some more info if you want to give me a call at 928-821-2333. I'm not just renting a room though, I"m actually wanting someone to take over the lease for the entire apt. Utilities are not included but to give you an idea of what i pay a month (depending on the season of course) i pay around $800-$850 and that's with rent/gas/water/trash/srp/and high speed internet (basic cable is included). So yea if you have any other questions let me know!!

how long is the lease for?

it ends at the end of September, at which point you could go ahead and renew it. i think the lease lengths here are like anywhere from 7-12 months. plus, i'll pay you $300 to move in ASAP! :)
