Such a beautiful place--I fell in love right away! You will have a lot of space: your own bedroom and bathroom. The common living area (living room, kitchen, balcony) is spacious. Modern appliances, high-speed internet, central air, trash chute down the hall, laundry facilities on the same floor. I am looking for a non-smoking responsible female roommate (professional or student) who is friendly / polite / considerate.
