Description: We need a third in our 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom condo. Hardwood floors, washer, dryer, dishwasher, garbage disposal, BBQ, across the street from a Kroger and front door opens to a park. 10 minute bus ride to UM campus/downtown Ann Arbor. Room is 10'x10' plus large closet. Rent includes all utilities, cable, and internet.

My roommate and I are both nice, clean, studious, female grad students. We have no preference for roommate gender, but prefer non-smokers. There is a very friendly cat, so if you have allergies this is probably not the home for you.
