I have 1 Master Bedroom/1 Bathroom available for rent in my 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo in the heart of Oakland Chinatown. Unit is in great condition! It is located on the higher floor with a beautiful view and gets lots of sunlight. The master bedroom and living room have big bay windows. Full kitchen. Very quiet and clean apartment complex. Laundry room is next door.

Location is excellent - only 1 block away from BART (just a 12 min. ride to downtown SF), by many bus lines, and surrounded by restaurants and markets.

Roommate must be responsible, clean, quiet, and respectful. Perfect for working professionals - a short commute and pay half the rent most people do to live in SF. Great for students because it's quiet and a very central location.
