Description: Rent covers large furnished bedroom for 5 weeks and all utilities (including cable tv and internet). Bedroom contains double bed, wardrobe, dresser, loveseat and nightstand.
The apartment is located on Prospect Place near Classon Ave. This location is walking distance to Brooklyn Museum, Botanical Gardens, Library and Prospect Park. Train access includes B/Q, 2/3, 4/5, C and Franklin Ave Shuttle. The apt has three other bedrooms, one full bathroom, spacious livingroom and kitchen.
The three roommates are young professional females in their early to mid-twenties. We are primarily looking for someone who is trustworthy and respectful but we are happy to have someone who is equally social and good humored. We have varying schedules and therefore rarely have to wait for the bathroom (shocking with 4 girls).
Girls or guys are welcome. We love animals but pets will be evaluated on an individual basis.
