we extended it to july 31, which is perfect since we'll close on the 24th...not as much time as we'd like to paint and such, but it will work out

what utilities do you have to pay? and are there breed restrictions on pets there?
Facebook User commented at 05:11 AM on July 2, 2009 we pay all the utilities-our land lord hasn't had breed restrictions on our pets, but there isn't a fenced yard (yet...there's fencing in the back yard it looks like he's planning on putting up though)
