Description: About the hood: If you've never experienced Greenpoint check it out! Great bars, restaurants, and parks are everywhere. A short train or bus ride away to Williamsburg. Or, on a nice day, a 15 minute walk! And about 25 minutes to Union Square.


About the Apt: A huge railroad with great lighting, hardwood floors, 2 entrances, and tons of space. 2 Blocks from the Greenpoint G stop. Bars, restaurants and laundromats are on the block and it’s a 5 minute walk to C-Town (grocery store). The extra entrance means that the roommate doesn’t have to walk through your room to get to the kitchen and bathroom.



About your room: A nice large bedroom with great character. You'd also have access to the common area/living room and the extra dining area space in the kitchen as well to keep your stuff. Basically you'll have access to a large portion of the apartment for hanging out/shared storage space. The roommate just has the back room and the closet in the living room.



About the roommate: 24 year old male, working in advertising 10-6 and involved in a lot of musical projects… so, busy and out of the apt a lot. Sometimes there are quiet practices in his room but the living room separates the two bedrooms so noise will be minimal.



About you: Clean (especially about food/dishes), with steady employment, and ok with living in a musical environment. Any info you want to send over (interests, job, etc) would be great.
