i still live here...just need someone to rent a room from me (3 BR is more than i need!) i plan on traveling north the end of july...will you be around?

Oh Good! I didn't know it was a townhouse though! Does that cut down on your yardwork? I'm not a fan of yardwork at all! We will be around and in our new house by then! Will you be stopping by my parents' place? We can meet up with you there for a meal or two so you don't have to stop too many places!
