| Description: | House is located 1 mile from downtown Royal Oak area. It is 4 Bedrooms, 2.5 baths and a has a newly constructed 2 car garage. The room in the basement for rent is spacious and has its own full private bathroom next to it. Rent is currently set at $500, not including utilities. I do not have a flat rate set for utilities because I have found that it works out better for everyone just to split the utilities amongst all tenants. There are currently 2 tenants (myself and another female renter) so a new tenant would therefore be responsible for a 1/3 of each bill.
