Here’s the run down
- $700 a person starts mid July (owner pays water/ garbage)
1) Super close to school (OAKLAND) and not in a sketch way
2) 4 bedrooms – one is kind of private
3) 2 bathrooms (though only one has a shower)
4) 2 living rooms
5) a patio!
6) The Landlord is cool
We need people literary within the next few days to commit to this. It is a year lease and everyone is putting his or her name down - aka the landlord will receive 4 separate checks. So everyone is somewhat responsible for themselves.
This place is awesome and we are pretty cool too. We are quiet and chill and Caitlin bakes cookies all the time so… who could ask for more? Please call Sophia as soon as you realize that this is the best idea ever…which is right now
