Description: I will be going abroad and need to sublease my room. Female preferred. Its a two-floor townhouse with one bathroom with two sinks upstairs and one bathroom downstairs. Three bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs w/ the living room and kitchen. Three female housemates, your own room upstairs that is 12'2" by 9'10" with a sliding door closet. Washer and dryer is downstairs that is about $8.50/month/person ($35 total/month) (but if that does not suite you, we can talk about it). .Move in day in September 1st cuz were moving into a new apartment. There is a lot of parking, every person who lives in allegre get their own parking permit. Rent for you will be $519/month, +/- washer dryer, and utilities for September-December. Price is definitely negotiable!
