I'm a 20 y.o female architecture student at Pratt. I've lived in this apartment the past year with two other Pratt alumni. I've been searching for something for a change, but haven't found anything worth it so I'm looking for someone to take over the second bedroom.

The available bedroom connects to the backyard which will be nice once we actually get good weather!
It's large enough for a queen bed, with extra shelves, avg. desk and there is a small built in closet.
The kitchen is all stainless steel and I'm looking to get a table to make it a eat-in bc there's room.
There is one bathroom to share that also has a tub.
There are two storage closets plus a storage area when u walk in the front door.
The living room is pretty large, but will be unfurnished when my roommates leave so I'm looking for couches etc now.
All the rooms are ready for cable, but I'm debating whether it's worth it for the cost.. but will definitely have wireless internet.
4 block walk to G @ classon. 4 block walk to C at Franklin. 15-20 min walk to downtown Brooklyn/Fort Greene.
10 minute walk to Pratt

I'm very laid back and like to have a good time, but don't party too much during classes. I'm clean and organized, but not anal.
Ideally, I'd like to find someone with a similar lifestyle.. so early 20's or student... male or female is fine. No cigarettes inside please.

The rent is currently at $2000 total, but I may be able to talk the landlord down a bit. I've tried to attach pictures, but it doesn't work right, so if you'd like to see some just contact me.
