Need Place to live for Fall Semester Near Galleria or Medical Center.

Description: I am a student at Texas A&M University and will be interning in Houston for the fall semester. I am looking for a place to live near the Galleria or Medical Center that will be temporary for August or September through December. I am not supposed to start working until the last week in August or first week in September. I am hoping to find a furnished room that someone is temporarily moving out of. I prefer a sublease because it is much less expensive than renting a one bedroom furnished apartment for a such a short time. Even if it's a spare bedroom in someone's house, I am very clean and considerate of others!

Hello! I just saw your ad on facebook. I have a spare bathroom and bedroom in my apt. I live in SW Houston about 8 miles from the Galleria and about 10 miles from the medical center. I wasn't sure how far you were wanting to live from those locations. The only furniture you would need is for the bedroom. I have dining and living room furniture already. If you're interested, let me know.

Hi, my mom is trying to rent out a room in our house in Northwest Houston for a short period of time because we have an intern staying there now and it is working out pretty well. He will be going back to Penn State in August so we were looking for someone to rent it during the Fall semester. The price is $450 per month utilities included (and you would have to buy your own groceries). The room is furnished with a bed and a couple bedside tables and lamps and a bookcase. You would also have your own bathroom and use of the office, kitchen, and living room and access to wireless internet. This is not close to the Galleria or Medical Center but it is close to the Northwest Park & Ride which will probably take you where you need to go much faster than driving.
