Description: There are three bedrooms available, plus a spacious great-room.
The house is located off of Cason Lane, close to an I-24 interstate exchange.
The house was just built (2006); it has new granite countertops, new kitchen appliances, and fresh paint. Washer and dryer will also be provided.
The house has a 2 car garage, fireplace, security system, and 2-zone air conditioning (a control for downstairs and upstairs).
Some furniture will be provided, but it would be ideal for roommates to have some of their own. Entertainment items such as a TV, game systems, etc. will be available.
Rent (per room) is $350/mo. This includes ALL utilities (water, electric, cable, and internet). Utility overages will be split between all of us.
Ideal roommates would be clean, easy-going guys. The house will occasionally be used as a meeting place for a Bible study, so roommates should be comfortable with this.
