-The ages in the house range from 21 to 26 and we'd like to keep it that way.
-The house is very laid back, 420, drinker, and smoker friendly.
-We would like someone who will hang out sometimes, someone social.
-There is a cat in the house and there will be a new dog in the near future so someone also not allergic to animals.
- Must be able to make rent each month.
-There is a rotating chore list that involves everyone in the house so you must participate.
-Tenants pay gas, electric, garbage and we're planning on putting internet already included in the rent.
-Its's a month-to-month lease with a two week notice.

Here are some of the house details:
-The entire inside is basically covered in art pieces.
-Large eat-in kitchen.
-Living room for watching movies, hanging out, smoking, etc.
-Big back den area works as art or general work space.
-Two full bathrooms.
-Huge backyard for hanging out, barbeques, gardening, and such.
-Ample street parking.
-Block and a half to Macarthur Bart station.
-Walking distance to Telegraph, Broadway, and Piedmont shops and restaurants.
-Deposit: 500 on both rooms.

We need to fill this room ASAP, as in before July 1st. Hey there, I was wondering if the rooms have been filled yet. I'm a recent Cal grad who's looking for a month-to-month lease while I conduct my job search and otherwise plan postgrad life. In the meantime, I'm still working at my on-campus job in order to have an income. Socially, I'm generally a homebody, but I get along well with people in general and like to keep my setting clean. Anyhow, I can come by either Sunday during the daytime, or in the early evening Tues-Sat.
