Why? Bc roommate that was supposed to move in had to deal with family issues.

Description: Roommate is needed for 2 bed / 2 bath apartment, 2nd Floor. Rent is only $400.00 + Utilities. Polo's East is a community with a good mix of families and students. Gym, car maintenance center, tennis courts, basketball court, 2 outdoor pools, game room, club house, racquetball court, sauna, and spa is included. Gated community, Gate clicker is available. Washer and Dryer are included in apartment. Utilities include water, electric and cable package.
Room for rent is a large bedroom (approx. 11x12) with own bath, toilet and shower; and walk in closet. I own all furniture in apartment and would prefer a fellow UCF or local student to rent place. Although, professionals are welcome. I work full time and am a student full time. I do have friends over occasionally on weekends. Cats are okay if willing to pay monthly cat fee required by Community.
